"Reflecting on organic layers of dried flower petals, seed pods, lichen & leaves. Mimicking these textures using a combination of fiber & acrylic I've created individual segments. Each piece has been threaded onto a stainless steel armature with glass bead spacers. This process enables the form to articulate into shape, allows light to form intriguing shadows plus stabilizes the structure for wall display."
